Pickup/Delivery and Cancellation Terms

Same day orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. We will provide credit towards your next cookie order. Although we try our hardest to deliver at the requested time, exact times cannot be guaranteed due to influences outside of our control. We are not responsible for stolen or damaged orders once delivered or left at the doorstep. If an incorrect address is provided and we have attempted delivery, we will charge an additional delivery fee for delivery to the correct address.

For office, hospital, or university deliveries, we will leave the order with a receptionist or another person available to accept the delivery. We abide by all delivery regulations at delivery locations. In the event that no one is present or the office is closed, we leave the cookies at the lobby or near an entrance. If a suitable placement is not found, the order will be returned to our store and we will contact you to determine an alternate delivery date/time (additional fees apply) or schedule a time for pickup.

For pickup orders, we will do our very best to have your order ready at your specified time. Our cookies are baked fresh and we want to retain that quality for pickup orders as well. If you arrive early, there is no guarantee that your cookies will be ready. If you arrive late, there is no guarantee that your cookies will still be warm.

For gift card purchases, gift card emails will be sent to the recipient within one business day of purchase. Gift card value will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.
